What interested you in the catering equipment market?

I talked to people in the hospitality industry and realised that there was a gap in the market for a company who would to react to their needs quickly and with greater flexibility.

One of the biggest complaints I hear from caterers is that when something breaks down it takes a long time to fix!

How will you be different?

I come from a background where my businesses rapidly grew because of the strength of our after sales service. One of the first steps I took with Catering Warehouse was to recruit our own engineering team who would be able to fix equipment quickly and efficiently, which I do understand is critical to anyone in catering.
