LEASING

We are licensed credit brokers and can arrange leasing, subject to status.This service is only available on items over £500. Written details on request.

CARRIAGE

Our terms are cash & carry. However we will deliver FREE OF CHARGE to your premises on orders above £95.00 net of VAT. On orders under £95, the carriage charge is £5.95 plus VAT. Delivery is based on a standard 3 working day service to mainland UK between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Non standard delivery requests will be subject to charges. Non mainland UK or Scottish highlands and Islands may be subject to charges.

WARRANTY

All items carry a one year parts and labour warranty unless otherwise stated, and excludes damage due to misuse and does not include bulbs, glass and composite oven decks. Items marked “back to base warranty”, workshop warranty or exchange warranty must be returned to our workshop for repair. It is the responsibility of the user for the safe delivery and collection of these goods at their costs. Where the warranty is covered by the manufacturer this will be under their conditions. 3 yrs warranty = 1yr full and 2 yrs parts only. 3 yrs full warranty = 3 yrs parts and labour. Where damage/fault is due to operator misuse or failure to comply with manufacturers instructions, the customer will be responsible for all charges. When any claim is submitted relating to gas products or ware-washing equipment, customers will be required to give security payments against non warranty call outs. This can be taken against credit/debit card at our discretion.

DELIVERY

Please ensure that there is adequate access for larger items of equipment, as the company cannot be responsible for such a problem. Goods must be checked on receipt, before you sign the delivery note. If you sign the delivery note and have not checked the items we will not be held responsible for any claims that later arise through damage or missing items. Orders for next day delivery must be placed by 12 noon. Extra charge to be advised at time of placing order. If an item is found to be damaged please mark “damaged” on the delivery note and inform our office immediately. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, otherwise we will not entertain claims.

RETURNS

Before returning goods, a returns number must be obtained from us. Unless the incorrect item has been received, a handling charge of 20% will be levied. Returns can only be considered if the goods are undamaged, unused and still in their original packing. Items to be returned must be notified within 7 days of receipt.

GENERAL

All prices quoted are for items in stock. If stock is exhausted, replacements may be at a higher or lower price. All prices may vary without prior notice, please check with us at the time of ordering to confirm if you are unsure. INSTALLATION

By placing an order with Catering Warehouse , the buyer agrees that they are aware of all current legislation relating to the installation and usage regulations of the appliances ordered. Catering Warehouse Catering Equipment accept no responsibility if the buyer is unaware of any legislation relating to the installation or usage of any item. By placing an order with Catering Warehouse , the buyer expressly confirms agreement of the above terms, whether the order is placed by fax, telephone, email, website or any other means.

Our terms of sale are business to business. All prices displayed on this site are exclusive of VAT, which will be added to the final value of the order at the current applicable rate
